What a refreshing change!! I say this in an age when it seems that all you ever hear about are complaints about companies and how they never lived up to their responsibilities or provided poor customer support. In my opinion, every company with bad customer relations should spend a day with the owners and staff of Splendor Pools on Walker Rd. I don't honestly thinkg there are enough positive words to describe the fantastic treatment we received from them upon the purchase of our new pool.

It became a necessity to put in a pool for the benefit of our daughter who, after surgery, was advised that swimming would be very beneficial to her continued recovery. While we were in a position financially to put a pool in we had limits on the amount we were able to spend. We spoke with Jeff at Splendor explaining our position and that our intention was to purchase the kit from his business and then install it ourselves in an attempt to keep the costs down. Even though it was evident that they would not make their usual amount on the pool, they made a point to let us know that at any time if we ever needed assistance or someone to come out and take a look to see if we were doing it right, not hesitate to call and they'd come by. There were, in fact, occasions when Jeff did come by and offered us valuable assitance after hours on his own time. I can't think of another story we have heard or an experience shared about a business who has gone out of their way to make a customer feel so good about choosing them. Every time you enter the store or speak to them on the phone, you are greeted and spoken to like you've been a long time customer. The are truly specialists in the pool business but more importantly they are specialists in making customers feel important and definitely customers for life.

We can't thank Jeff and Sandy and all the staff at Splendor Pools for their professionalism, their caring and for making our pool such a wonderful experience. No one will ever regret doing business with this fine company. I would wish them many more years of success but I know this is not necessary as their reputation and quality will speak for themselves. They deserve every accolade your fine organization can bestow on a company.

I am writing this letter to inform you of the incredible customer service displayed by Splendor Pools. In the summer of 2005, my family and I decided that we wanted and inground pool in our backyard. After much research and references involving other pool owners, Splendor prevailed!!

I could not believe how well both past and present customers spoke of Splendor Pools and Spas. After meeting Jeff Wilson, ownder and operator of Splendor pools, we knew without a doubt that the job would be given to his company. Every staff member that we met through the installation process was professional, friendly and very helpful. Any time that we felt that we had an issue with the pool, the issue was addressed in a timely manner and no issue was considered resolved until we, the customers were satisfied.

Having awful experiences in the past with how my complaints were handled by other companies, I was very skeptical at first regarding how my issues would be resolved. Splendor quickly eased those fears and proved that they are truly a genuine company serving the best interests of all their customers.

You see, at Splendor you are not just another customer, you are someone making and investment decision and are treated as a friend. "HATS OFF!!!" to Jeff, Sandy, Lisa, Amy, Brian, Don and all the other Splendor staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting. You are a great team of professionals. Knowing what I know about customer service with Splendor Pool leaves me with a sense of pride knowing that the right company installed our new pool.

After speaking to other pool owners about horror stories regarding other companies only reassures me that we definitely picked the right company. If I ever had to do it all over again, there would be no research needed. One call to Splendor Pools and Spa is all that it would take.

In closing, I would once again like to thank all the Splendor Pool staff for providing my family and I with a life time of fun and happiness in our very own back yard. I will highly recommend this company to anyone out there considering the purchase of a new pool or spa. Keep up the good work Splendor!!! You truly are one of the few businesses out there still catering to customer service and satisfaction. You are a great bunch of professionals.

To: Jeff Wilson and the rest of the staff at Splendor Pools

In early 2008 my wife and I decided to get a pool. Like everyone else, we opened the yellow pages and started looking. We were surprised at how many pool companies were in there. After speaking with friends and researching the internet, we decided to give our business to Jeff at Splendor Pools.

From the beginning, Jeff made us feel very comfortable and confident. I remember when we were first getting quotes. Although most companies came out to our home, some just gave us a quote over the phone. They asked a “few” questions and magically came up with a price. Not very reassuring when you’re preparing to invest a large amount of money. Well, Jeff not only personally came out to our home, but brought a plethora of pamphle! ts, brochures, pictures, and a can of spray paint! While others drew pictures on paper for us, Jeff went out in the cold and snow with a can of paint. I remember watching him brush the snow away and spray painting possible locations for our pool. He changed the outline a “few” times at our request and never once hesitated. He even helped us coordinate other plans we had with a pool shed and fence.

From day one of the construction, Jeff was there to answer any questions/concerns we had. Like anything else in life, we ran into some minor issues. However, Jeff quickly addressed and corrected any problem immediately. In the end, we ended up with an amazing pool that we still enjoy today.

As Jeff can tell you, my wife and I are both pretty picky and sceptical. If Jeff can make us happy, I’m positive he can make anyone happy. I purposely held off writing this letter by one year thinking something may go wrong or get a n! egative dealing with Splendor. Well, it’s been over a year ! now and our pool is running as smoothly as ever. We are so happy with Splendor and their work that we trust them with our opening and closing every season.

Once again, thanks to Jeff and his team at Splendor Pools. They have created a backyard oasis for us to enjoy year after year. They truly “sell family fun”. It’s no wonder they have been in business for over forty years!
